The Comiskey Distillery provides an intimate experience where customers enter through a lush welcome garden and are transported into an industrial wonderland full of recycled brick, wine barrels, a custom botanical mural and of course the hero of the space – a 1000 litre working copper still. A multi-purpose space, the bespoke communal distilling tables are able to be removed to create an open event and staff training facility.
