Comiskey Distillery

The Comiskey Distillery provides an inviting experience where customers enter through a lush welcome garden and are transported into an industrial wonderland full of recycled brick, wine barrels, a custom botanical mural, and of course the hero of the space- a 1000 litre working copper still. A multi-purpose space, the bespoke communal distilling tables are able to be removed to create an open event and staff training facility.
